    Our Affiliate, Legal Access Plans, L.L.C., has been providing quality legal services for over 30 years.  Working with clients and attorneys puts us in a unique position to observe the success and failures between the two.  Over the years we have collected the complaints and compliments regarding how firms handle clients and using this data we have developed an internet based solution called the Virtual Law Office or VLO.  Over the years, Legal Access has offered legal solutions with a variety of different approaches, constantly analyzing and refining along the way.  We've listened to our clients' needs, likes and dislikes to build a flexible solution that truly is the best available.

    Legal Access, headquartered in Houston, Texas, collectively comprises several administrative and network service companies, and specializes in providing legal and financial solutions to employees of Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and the world.

    Legal Access has over 12,000 Attorneys and law firms in all counties and states in the United States and in the countries of the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Australia, India, Argentina and countries worldwide.  Legal Access has produced over $ 21 million in revenue to law firms in FY 2002.  Legal Access handles almost 150,000 first time system users and last year saved Plan Members over $ 7.3 million in legal fees through its price-saving benefits.

     Legal Access has direct strategic alliances with Hewitt Associates and Aon Insurance Group, and covers over 8.25 million members nationwide.  In 2003 it has added as new clients, Boeing and WorkLife aggregator, LifeCare, Inc., which will expand the reach of our coverage to an additional 1.9 million Plan Members by the second quarter.  Legal Access provides innovative approaches to the development of both access and insured legal plans. For its indemnity plans, it offers a sound and conservative underwriting experience for the employee benefit market through its A.M. Best’s A+ (Superior) rated underwriting partner.
